These Terms govern your use of Domoro. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Use of the app

Use Domoro responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. It is designed for timed focus sessions, breaks, and usage insights.

2. Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep credentials secure.
  • Not share or misuse your account.

3. Data collected

  • Personal: Email, password (hashed), optional name (future).
  • Activity: Focus sessions and timer interactions.
  • Device/IDs: Firebase device/instance ID.
  • Performance: Crash logs, diagnostics, analytics.
  • Future (not active): Advertising data; Google/Apple identifiers.

4. Data sharing

Shared only with essential providers:

  • Firebase Authentication.
  • Firebase Firestore / Realtime Database.
  • Firebase Analytics.

No selling to brokers or marketers.

5. How data is used

  • Account creation/management and syncing between devices.
  • App functionality, analytics, and performance improvements.
  • Developer communication.
  • Advertising or marketing only if enabled in future updates.

6. Data handling

  • Encrypted in transit.
  • Stored as long as needed for app operation.
  • Deletion on request for account and associated data.

7. Data deletion

You can request removal of your account and related data. We’ll delete identifiable information stored in Firebase upon request.

8. Intellectual property

All app content, branding, designs, and code belong to Manifest App Labs. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Domoro is provided “as is.” We’re not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
