These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Domoro (“the app”), which is owned and operated by Manifest App Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using Domoro, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Domoro is designed to help users improve productivity using timed focus sessions, breaks and usage insights. You agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create one, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Not share or misuse your account

3. Data Collected

The following categories of data may be collected by Domoro or Firebase:

A. Personal Information

  • Email address
  • Password (securely hashed)
  • User-provided name (if enabled in a future update)

B. App Activity

  • Focus sessions and timer interactions
  • Usage statistics

C. Device or Other IDs

  • Firebase Device ID / Instance ID

D. App Info and Performance

  • Crash logs
  • Diagnostics
  • Analytics data

E. Optional Future Data Categories (Not currently collected)

  • Advertising data
  • Google or Apple account identifiers

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with third-party service providers, including:

  • Firebase Authentication
  • Firebase Firestore / Realtime Database
  • Firebase Analytics

Data is shared solely to provide app functionality. We do not sell personal information and do not share data with brokers or external marketers.

5. How We Use Your Data

Collected data may be used for:

  • Account creation and management
  • Syncing data between devices
  • App functionality
  • Analytics and performance improvements
  • Developer communication
  • Advertising or marketing (future updates)

6. Data Handling

  • Your data is encrypted in transit.
  • Stored for as long as required for app operation.
  • You may request deletion of your account or data at any time.

7. Data Deletion

You can request removal of your account and associated data. We will delete all identifiable information stored in Firebase upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, designs and code are the property of Manifest App Labs. You may not copy, modify or redistribute content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Domoro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
