We collect only what we need to make the app work well.

  • Account (optional): Email, password (hashed).
  • Usage data: Focus sessions, timer preferences, notification settings, device ID (Firebase).
  • Analytics: Device info, interaction patterns, crash logs (Firebase Analytics).
  • Future-ready (not active): Google/Apple login and advertising IDs if enabled later.

2. How we use data

Data is used to operate and improve Domoro.

  • Create and maintain optional accounts.
  • Sync usage across devices (if signed in).
  • Improve performance and stability.
  • Enhance features through usage insights.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Enable Google/Apple login or ads if activated later.

We do not sell your information.

3. Data storage & security

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS).
  • Secure password hashing.
  • Firebase Authentication rules.
  • Database access controls.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

4. Sharing

  • Firebase (auth, analytics, storage).
  • Google/Apple (if you choose those sign-ins).
  • Advertising partners only if ads are enabled later.

We share only what’s required to operate the service.

  • Access and update your data.
  • Delete your account.
  • Request deletion of stored data.

6. Children’s privacy

The app isn’t intended for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we’ll delete the data.
