Domoro (“the app”) is developed and operated by Manifest App Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account (optional), we collect:

  • Email address
  • Password (securely hashed using industry standards)

1.2 Usage Data

We collect non-personal usage information such as:

  • Focus sessions and break activity
  • Usage statistics
  • Timer preferences (durations, theme, settings)
  • Notification preferences
  • Device ID generated by Firebase

1.3 Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how people use the app. Firebase may collect device info, performance data, general interaction patterns, and crash logs.

1.4 Future Features (Prepared but not active)

We plan to support in future updates:

  • Google login
  • Apple login
  • Advertising integrations (AdMob or similar)

When enabled, those features will follow their respective privacy policies. This policy already covers the general scope of those additions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Create and maintain optional user accounts
  • Sync usage data across devices (if signed in)
  • Improve app performance and stability
  • Analyze usage patterns to enhance features
  • Provide customer support
  • Enable Google or Apple login (when activated)
  • Serve ads in future versions (optional and disclosed)

We do not sell your information to anyone.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Firebase services and protected using:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
  • Secure password hashing
  • Firebase Authentication security rules
  • Firestore/Realtime Database access controls

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share limited data with:

  • Firebase (authentication, analytics, storage)
  • Google / Apple (if you choose to sign in with them)
  • Advertising partners (only if ads are enabled later)

We only share what is necessary to operate the service. We do not share personal data with marketers or data brokers.

You may:

  • Access your account information
  • Update or correct your data
  • Delete your account
  • Request deletion of stored data
